flash player is swarovski Winter 2009 - Swarovski gets into the flash drive act with a beautiful heart shape pendant. It is not cheap but boy is it pretty! Swarovski has an official title for it: Heart Ware Vitrail Light USB Memory Key. It is a USB memory key disguised as a heart pendant on a pink silk cord. The polished stainless steel heart is combined with a fully faceted, asymmetrically-cut Vitrail Light crystal. 1 GB data-holding capacity and a high-speed USB 2.0 interface.

swarovski hq Winter 2009 - Traveling to Innsbruck, Austria? Visit the World Headquarters of the Swarovski Crystal Company. Pictured above is the dramatic entrance to the Chamber of Wonder. 'The Chamber' is a subterranean showcase museum. It is a crystal world of sparkling dreams. Each installation has its own theme and thousands of crystals showcase a kaleidoscope of shapes, colors, and sounds.
Don't miss the largest crystal in the world -- the Centenar -- weighing in at 300,000 karats. Another show stopping feature of this exhibit is the geodesic Crystal Dome which has a thousand beams of refracted light bouncing off the facetted walls. Standing inside the dome, a visitor feels they are inside the heart of a giant crystal. A sea of mirrors gives the impression of infinity. The Crystal Theatre is yet another stunning feature of this exhibition. It is a fairy tale world where the sun dances with the moon and angels are made of crystal flowers. Allow a lot of time on the way out as most will be tempted to stop in the gift shop where thousands of Swarovski creations are for sale.

July 2010 -- Toronto, Canada -- Prince Phillip and Queen Elizabeth (she is the Queen of England, ya know) attend a special film presentation at Pinewood Studios in Toronto. The film was a 3D film directed by Deepa Mehta set during the early 19th. It consisted of a group of dancers in period costume gyrating to loud Asian Bhangra music for a few minutes. Of course the 3D glasses worn by the British Royals -- you don't get to see either of them wearing glasses of any kind very often -- we've never seen a picture of them wearing glasses at all! But don't worry about the Queen, her Royal Highness wore a pair that was embellished with the letter Q in clear diamond Swarovski crystals. Look closely at the photograph here and you can see the distinctive capital "Q". File: Queen Elizabeth Swarovski Sunglasses
