You choose how you ship your phone to us: US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, it doesn't matter to us. Inside the package, you will include:

•  a sketch of your design or description using words
•  the return address for the completed phone
•  a daytime phone number for you
•  an email address and
•  a money order for payment.

We will call you or email when we receive your phone so that you know it arrived safely and that we are clear how to proceed with your design.

We will do the work that turns your plain cellphone into a piece of beautiful jewelry! Our master craftspeople will take every precaution with your valuable phone to make sure that we handle it with superior care. We will follow your design specifications and completely cover your cellphone with our 100% Swarovski crystals

Critical ports for battery charging, headphone, on/off switch, etc. will not covered in stones. And of course, we will be careful to do your battery cover separately so that it will be completely removable yet blend perfectly with your chosen design.

Normally, we ship back to you using United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Insurance. Our return shipping charge using this service is $9.00.

We ship from NYC, so return shipping time back to you depends on where you are in relation to the the Big Apple. If you are on East Coast, you will receive your completed phone back within two days after we finish it. If you are within one or two states of us, it is likely you will receive it back the day after we complete it and ship it back with just Priority Shipping.

Midwestern states should expect return times of two days, perhaps three. California, Oregon, Washington State and Arizona, etc. should expect three full travel days for the phone before it is back in your hands.
